Machupicchu, visit this magnificent wonder of the world in a one day tour by train, also if desired you can spend one night in Aguas Calientes. We can arrange you hotel reservations, type and time of trains subject to availability.

MACHUPICCHU FULL DAY

Duration: 05.30am - 08.30pm The day starts with an early morning rise to transfer to Cusco train station for a four- hour train journey to the famous Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu, also known as "The Lost City of the Incas". Arrive at Aguas Calientes station followed by a 30-minute bus drive, climbing 6km of winding road, to the incredible Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, we´ll participate in a guided tour of the Citadel, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sun Dial, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows and various burial grounds. After the tour you will have time to stroll around the archeological site at your leisure. Back to Cusco by train in the afternoon, transfer to the Hotel.

MACHUPICCHU 2 DAYS / 1 NIGHT

DAY 1.- Early in the morning at the agreed time we will pick you up from your hotels and transfer to the San Pedro train station, After 4 hours traveling by train, looking wonderful landscapes, we will arrive to Aguas Calientes, transfer to the hostel ,you can leave your things and visit the town and go to the hot spring and have a relaxing bath ,at 7:00 pm the guide will go to your hostel to give you a briefing . Spend the night in a hostel.

DAY 2.- Early in the morning, after breakfast the guide will go to pick you up and then take the bus to Machupicchu (2000msnm), after 25 minutes by bus we will arrive to Machupicchu, and we will be able to see the sunrise, take pictures and then have the guided visit (2-3 hours) to the most important places around the sanctuary of Machupicchu. After that you will have about 4 hours more to explore, take pictures or climb the Waynapicchu mountain (2634msnm). then we will have to take a bus down to Aguas Calientes town to have lunch and then take our train to Cusco arriving in the evening and then we will transport to your hotel .
(We recommend this trip, because you will arrive to Machupicchu very early in the morning and you will have more time to visit Machupicchu and watch the sun rise)
